Test video for reference:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dobB5lPqtS4
Replace glow plug: 4 steps
c. clean up carbon deposits in glow plug
Details: To measure the resistance of the glow plug, take the two wires(brown and white) off the screws, and take the multi-meter, turn to the ohm unit, and measure the resistance of the two wires. Take a picture of the measurement and send to us to check if the resistance is correct. To make sure the multi-meter is precise and
accurate, Put the two wire pairs together to see if they go to zero. If it does not return to zero, the multi-meter is inaccurate. If the multi-meter is reset to zero, it isaccurate.

To reduce the percentage of 63 errors in your heater, please always guarantee the tips below:
1. The power supply is normal, 12V-15V range.
2. Only cut the power off when the heater stops working completely(The turning off takes several minutes)
3. Make sure the oil system is independent and the oil supply is constant. If you do prime, make sure the oil pipe on the heater is DISCONNECTED!
